    According to Michelin-starred chef Heston Blumenthal, the future of cooking lies in the secret recipes of the past. So the gastronomic adventurer heads back in time on a mission to recreate famous period dishes for the ultimate 21st Century banquets.



  • Skin Deep, History Channel, 20.30

    This is one of the most moving stories to emerge from apartheid South Africa: Sandra Laing is a black child born in the 1950s to white Afrikaners unaware of their black ancestry. Her parents lovingly brought her up as their "white" little girl. However, when she was 10 and after a four-year campaign against her by her "white" school, she was officially classified as "coloured" and forcibly expelled.




  • Flipping Out, M-Net Series, 22.00

    A drama series that focuses on the obsessive-compulsive house-flipper, Jeff Lewis. Jeff decides to expand his business by picking up property renovations. He is forced to work for others (which he hates) and his goal is to cut down his "flip outs" from 15 a day to a maximum of five.



  • Horse Racing: The Breeders' Cup, ESPN, 23.00
