Yes, he's a rogue who is often governed by "activities below the belt" and who mostly lives in a morality-free zone.

But when it comes to his beloved daughter and baby-mama, Hank Moody (David Duchovny) means well.

Would that he could find a more positive way of expressing his still-lingering love for Karen though, that in an ideal non-Moody-self-sabotaging world would be devoid of drink and drugs.

Fortunately for Hank, however, Becca happens to be something of a non-judgmental soul herself and is, therefore, well equipped to handle her madhatter father along with his numerous indiscretions.

And as tonight's season finale reveals, for all her "I hate you Hank" talk, Karen is inclined towards the forgiveness side of the scale as well. Not that this prevents her from walking down the aisle with old boring Bill, though.

Still, as events to date have taught us, the saga that is Hank and Karen is never quite this cut-and-dry.

His is probably the most recognised Pharaohic name, yet to this day, Tutankhamun's death remains shrouded in mystery.

Numerous theories abound that this young Egyptian king was murdered for his throne and the facts surrounding his interment (as revealed in this documentary) further fuel these suppositions: through meticulous research, an international team of Egyptologists reveal that, contrary to the traditional painstaking ancient Egyptian burial ritual, Tut's entombment was a rushed affair.

This classic '80s flick features former "it" girl Daryl Hannah as the mermaid Madison, who dares to step into the human world when she realises she is in love with a "land dweller" after she rescues him from the sea for a second time (once during his childhood and again when he almost drowns while attempting to recover his wallet).

The only hitch is, Allen (aka Madison's long-lost soulmate) has yet to discover that his beautiful gal is actually a fish-tailed freak.

Things certainly move swiftly on Manhattan's upper-east side. Just when it seemed Nate and Chuck (Ed Westwick) had finally rekindled their friendship, Mr Archibald allows himself to be consumed by the green-eyed monster and has set out to ensure all ties between his ex-buddy Bass and Blair are severed.

But Lady B and Mr B's "two peas in a scheming pod" personalities find them constantly being thrown together. Could this be a sign from the lust-driven gods that Chuck is really the man Blair's meant to be with?
