Multi-talented YouTuber and podcaster Nompumelelo 'Mpoomy' Ledwaba has announced the upcoming tour for her much anticipated book "How Did We Get Here", which is scheduled to take place from October 26 to November 9.
In an Instagram post, Ledwaba shares that her book is set to be released on October 4.
In a snippet video, the 30-year-old has revealed that the title of her book reflects on her personal journey.
"How did I get to the 30-year-old Mpoomy, the Mpoomy Ledwaba brand, mother, wife, the business, and what does it actually look like outside of the aesthetics? That is what this book encapsulate," Ledwaba said.
She further revealed that writing the book was emotionally difficult, and she emphasised that she still had to take care of her responsibilities as a mother, wife, and entrepreneur, even while she was writing the book.
In this book, Mpoomy is set to open up about the hardships she has faced, the mistakes she has made, and the profound truths she has learnt about life. She also shares how her faith has been a guiding light through it all.
This book will further delve into her upbringing, significant milestones, and the challenges she has encountered.
She will also take readers on a profound journey of self-discovery, revealing the person behind the social media post, showcasing the complexities of a life that extends beyond the public eye.
The book tour is set to start at the Ukhamba events venue in Middleburg, proceeding to The Fortress venue, and end at the CFCI theatre in Durban.
Mpoomy will also be embarking on an exclusive book launch in Johannesburg on October 10 and in Cape Town on October 16.
