Zulu Boy has officially tied the knot! The award-winning rapper and actor has announced that he and his long-time partner, Keisha Lamothe, are now married.

The couple exchanged vows in her hometown of New York in the US.

Taking to Instagram on Tuesday, the "Mayibuye" hitmaker shared a heartfelt post about their journey together.

"It’s been 7 years and the day has finally come… after everything and after all, I still believe in love. Looking forward to growing our family with this beautiful soul and best friend. The second half of life has just begun… Guys, I just got married," he wrote.

The news comes just weeks after Zulu Boy, real name Mxolisi Majozi, welcomed his child with Lamothe during the festive season.

He travelled to the US to witness the birth and described 2024 as "the best year ever."

In a post from early January, he reflected on the experience, saying, "I got introduced to my beautiful son on my birthday, and I have just been in awe. I will forever be grateful to my wife for this."

This is Zulu Boy's second marriage after he was previously married to Andiswa Gebashe for five years before their split in 2019.

The former couple met when Andiswa invited him to a meeting to discuss mentorship for deaf people.

Aside from his music career, Zulu Boy has also made a name for himself in acting, appearing in popular television series such as "Intersexions", "Uzalo", and "Isibaya".

Beyond music and acting, Zulu Boy is also involved in politics as a member of former president Jacob Zuma's MK Party.
