Los Angeles Motor Show - Subaru calls this simply the Impreza Sedan Concept - and that's exactly what it is.
It's a design concept car that previews the next-generation Impreza - the first of a whole new generation of Scoobies that will take the company through to 2020 - hinting at the design direction not only of the new Impreza but of Subaru's future models as a whole.

The Impreza concept is a chunky five-seat C segment sedan, 4555mm long, 1880mm wide and 1543mm high, on a 2670mm wheelbase, rolling on 19 inch alloys shod with 235/40 sports rubber.
STYLING EXERCISE
This is purely a styling exercise, so Subaru makes no mention of engine or running gear. Given its dimensions, however, and where it fits in the scheme of things, we'd expect a 1.8 or two-litre turboboxer four mated to a conventional six-speed manual or auto transmission and the maker's signature symmetrical all-wheel drive.
