While the world is still bumping and grinding to “Not Like Us”, Drake is busy in studio. Yes, you heard that right. The “6 God” artist has announced a collaborative album with PartyNextDoor.
Drake has been keeping it pretty low-key lately, following the intense beef with Kendrick Lamar.
In May, the back-and-forth diss between two musicians that captivated the public came to a close with the release of Drake's track "The Heart Pt. 6".
Since then, Lamar has been basking in the glow of victory with “Not Like Us”, a certified Song of Summer contender that's been topping the charts.
But just when you thought Drake was done, he made a surprise appearance at PartyNextDoor’s “Party and Friends” show.
He waited until the end of the performance to drop the bombshell news that their joint album would be arriving soon.
“I know all you girls are outside and when it gets a little chilly, PartyNextDoor and Drake album will be right there for you,” he teased, hinting that the summer heat had to die down before he could unleash his new music.
